As of 1 October 2018, Manage My Health will no longer work.
This is if you are registered to access your health records on the ManageMyHealth website and/or smartphone app.
Hora Te Pai Health Services is switching to a great new system called my indici™ which will allow you to continue accessing your medical records online in a secure, safe environment. Plus, you’ll be able to:
· book appointments
· access your tests and records
· request repeat prescriptions
· communicate with your GP via email – with video consults coming soon!
Your health records will be transferred to my indici™ and you will be able to access them as you do in ManageMyHealth now.
Hora Te Pai Health Services is among the first practices in New Zealand to have my indici™ - it’s an exciting time but we are expecting a few minor problems as we get used to the system. At times things might not work perfectly – please let us know if you find anything that is a bit unusual or not working. We need your feedback to make things right!
What do I need to do now?
It is important that you find your National Health Index (NHI) number as you will need to know what this is to log in to myindici™. Write this number down somewhere handy.
This can be found in ManageMyHealth by following the below steps:
ManageMyHealth website: Login to ManageMyHealth, under ‘my account’ click view profile, NHI number is found under ‘additional information’.
ManageMyHealth app: Your NHI number will be visible at the top of any lab reports or discharge summaries.
In a couple of weeks, you will receive another email containing a website link to register for my indici™ where you will be required to enter your full name, date of birth and NHI number. Until then sit tight, you don’t have to do a thing!
We’ll be back in touch.
Tuhinga o mua,
Hora Te Pai Health Services
